- Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene and child safety concerns, all toy items sold on KiddosToy are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged
The item has a manufacturing defect
The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible:
You must notify KiddosToy within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or an unboxing video must be shared as proof.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as deemed appropriate.
- Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
- Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not allowed, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items approved by our team.
- Important Notes
Minor color variations due to screen resolution are not considered defects.
