1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and child safety concerns, all toy items sold on Kiddostoy are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible:

  • You must notify KiddosToy within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or an unboxing video must be shared as proof.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as deemed appropriate.

3. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
5. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are not allowed, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items approved by our team.
6. Important Notes
  • Minor color variations due to screen resolution are not considered defects.
  • KiddosToy reserves the right to decline return or refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.
